The Hollow Bone

The term “hollow bone” is often used metaphorically to describe a state of being open and free of ego, allowing oneself to be a conduit or vessel for higher wisdom, energy, or spiritual guidance. This concept is rooted in indigenous and shamanic traditions, where it signifies the practice of setting aside personal biases and limitations to serve as a clear channel for spiritual or healing work. In this state, one acts as an instrument through which divine inspiration or healing flows, without interference from the individual’s own thoughts or ego.

I am simply a vessel, open and unburdened, allowing wisdom and energy to flow through me as they are meant to. My work is not mine but a current moving through, unshaped by ego, guided by something greater.
